Healthy children lifestyle
With good food habits and daily physical activity anyone can attain good health with resonates best lifestyle. However, in the case of children more attention is needed. It is easy to say but hard to follow. As being a parent, it is our duty to take care of our own children. Therefore, starting with parenting -- of course it is the most difficult task to handle but as earlier said it is our duty. Rushing to and from school, homework makes children to find time for physical activity hard. Don’t make your children to sit in front of TV sets for long time. As parents you should be role models to your children and do not make it as habit for yourself. Make them to eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives. Make them drink water as much as possible.
